I was checking another jabber client which can display avatars in conference, i
saw that my avatar wasnt shown, but if i use another IM i can see my avatar.
What is the difference? As i see it is only client... then vacuum lacks
something?

Yes. No PEP-based features are implemented in Vacuum-IM right now. XEP-0085:
User Avatar is one of them. See Issue 330
If you tell me the name of the client which displays desired avatars (or tell
me JID,which has such avatar), I'll tell you if this is your case or not.

I tried that Swift thing. Right now the client is in absolutely powerless
state. Even most basic features are not implemented. I don't beleive, that such
an advanced XEP, as User Avatar could be implemented in Swift right now. So,
this as positively not your case.
