Loging-in into conference if nick is taken.

Now vacuum writes only message that nick is taken and i have to close tab or 
window and clisk menu once more to fill in all info to join room.
In case that nick is taken vacuum should show again dialog with conference data 
to give possibility to change nick or... append some character to nick to make 
it andividual (make this till nick is unique) automatically.

You should not close conference is this case, you can just change nick in Tools 
menu and select Enter room action. Adding thomething to Nick is good idea.
