Translation of conference preferences dialog

Some of strings in settings of conference are in russian and there is not in 
multiuserchat.ts:
1. combo about to whom showing JIDs are in russian,
2. Label over editbox about filtering messages from users
3. label about using captcha.

all 3 thing are in russian although i have set polish language and all 
untranslated strings was always in english.

Only standard fields listed is XEP could be translated, other field are shown 
as they were send by the server.
