Show pop-up message when opening bill statement / receipt that is no longer existing #46

when attachment is no longer found in directory, show pop-up that file is not found or an error has been encountered when opening file

pop-up message should be: A problem is encountered when trying to open file. Check that:

  1. File exists in the specified location
  2. File is not corrupted
