Implement Commands
Fixed some incorrect Logger usages
Replaced the use of File by Path, since it is the API that Velocity provides, besides being more efficient and recent

thanks for pull request currently making sure nothing destroy something as i never noticed the pull request.

it was hard time for me to get velocity version work due lack of understanding the api, as i am getting knowledge of it now.
