Proxmark 3 invalid serial port #853

I've tried different usb cables, but windows refuses to recognize the device. I was able to make it work a few months ago. Is there any way in the software to see if a device is connected? One of the occurring errors is that the device is offline.

I had the usb plugged into the wrong port. I have the proxmark3 easy and the plugs aren't labeled.
