The hf mf chk function is inconsistent. It verifies key, but at different positions.
hf mf chk
[usb] pm3 --> hf mf fchk -k 3503a1fa51d9 [ 0] key 35 03 A1 FA 51 D9 [=] Running strategy 1 [=] Chunk 1,6s | found 0/32 keys (1) [=] Running strategy 2 [=] Chunk 0,4s | found 1/32 keys (1) [=] time in checkkeys (fast) 2,0s [+] found keys: [+] |-----|----------------|---|----------------|---| [+] | Sec | key A |res| key B |res| [+] |-----|----------------|---|----------------|---| [+] | 000 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 001 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 002 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 003 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 004 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 005 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 006 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 007 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 008 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 009 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 010 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 011 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 012 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 013 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 014 | ------------ | 0 | ------------ | 0 | [+] | 015 | ------------ | 0 | 3503a1fa51d9 | 1 | [+] |-----|----------------|---|----------------|---| [+] ( 0:Failed / 1:Success )
When I try to verify that:
[usb] pm3 --> hf mf chk -b --blk 15 --1k -k 3503a1fa51d9 [ 0] key 35 03 A1 FA 51 D9 [=] Start check for keys... [=] ................. You are most probably using RRG's software and have to raise your issue in their repository: https://github.com/RfidResearchGroup/proxmark3
