Add Atlantis Switch to enable/disable services

Description

Some users request that they would like to disable the Atlantis Service (Enabled by default), to avoid receiving Atlantis Traffic from colleagues, who use Atlantis.start().

Acceptance Criteria

• Add the Switch to Atlantis Windows
• Enable/Disable the Atlantis
• Enabled by default

Hi @NghiaTranUIT, on proxyman macos, i received many request/responses from other one in my company. I don't know how to disable on my proxyman. Can you guide me?

@longgv you can disable the Atlantis in your machine.

I guess your collages don't specify their machine name, so it broadcast to all devices in the same network. You should ask your teammate to use the correct one: For example:

Atlantis.start(hostName: "abc-macbook-pro-2.local.")
