Add DNS Over HTTP Proxy to HTTP ByPass List

Description

From macOS Ventura 13.1, if we set DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, the DNS traffic will go through the HTTP Proxy.

Thus, it causes some delay. We should add DNS domains to the bypass list.

Why this feature/change is important?

• Faster and no more delay since the DNS doesn't go through the Proxy
