Description

No Caching Setting for the Repeated Request doesn't persist.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Setting -> Tool Tab -> Check on Use No-Caching on Repeated Request
Close the app

Current Behavior

This setting doesn't save.

Expected Behavior

Should show correct state

Environment

App version: Proxyman 5.0.0
