FR: breakpoint shortcut should toggle breakpoints, just like caching shortcut and proxy overridden shortcut #2111

Description

I use breakpoints a lot. I hate that to enable or disable them I have to use my mouse. proxy override and caching shortcut are toggles. breakpoints should be a toggle too.

There is a shortcut to toggle the Breakpoint Tool. It's Ctr+Opt+Cmd+B

Or you can toggle it by clicking it on the Proxyman menu
