Change-log

Use NWConnection instead of URLSessionStreamTask
Bump to iOS 13, tvOS 13, macOS 10.15 as a minimum OS
Maintain multiple connection to Proxyman app

Done. Carefully tested with a simulator and iPhone device. From now, Atlantis will connect to all available Proxyman and broadcast the data to all connection (Unless we specify the host name) 👍
