Reorder / Resize Column

Description

After #6 is done, we should add the Reorder / Resize column ability to the app.

Acceptance Criteria

• Able to resize the column
• Able to reorder the column
• The resize/reorder state should be persisted for the next launch

You can reorder or resize the column as you mention.

Thank you @NghiaTranUIT! All we need now is the ability to SORT the data (ascending and descending) inside the columns when clicking on them.
