Telegram bot (working)

Description: Develop a new pipeline in Mage that sends a daily message via a Telegram bot at 9:00 AM. The message should provide the air quality index (AQI) forecast for the day, using the latest available data.

Tasks:

• Set up a pipeline in Mage for scheduling and sending the AQI forecast via Telegram.
• Configure the pipeline to trigger at 9:00 AM daily.
• Ensure the message contains the correct AQI forecast for the day.
• Integrate the Telegram API for bot functionality to send the forecast message.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A daily AQI forecast message is sent at 9:00 AM via Telegram.
• The message contains accurate, up-to-date AQI forecast information.
• Pipeline runs automatically without manual intervention.

Ya está el código adaptado al pipeline de mage, me queda instalar telebot al proyecto para probar que funcione desde ahí, agregarle bloques try-except y agregar los triggers
