[hmail_forwarding] Doesn't appear in the plugin manager menu, once you upload it #644

I.  Issue Description: After you purchase this plugin of hmail_forwarding, you 
upload it in the plugin manager but it doesn't work, I even tried registering 
manually, and still doesn't work even that this way if appears registered but 
still doesn't appear in the plugin manager menu

You have to upload the plugin in 'plugins' folder.
