Multiple CalDAV calendar sync #710

I have just bought the calendar_plus plug-in.
Unfortunately I could not find the possibility to add more than one caldav 
calendar. I only could add a caldav backend for my personal calendar.

Do I miss anything? If not see this as the ticket for enhancement :)

Yes, you missed something. Settings -> Calendar -> CalDAV settings: Add a 
category, save and click radio button nearby the newly created category.
