[carddav] not showing anything #735

I.  Issue Description:
After enabling the carddav plugin i don't get any more the option of adding my 
own server for the carddav
II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. settings
2. manage plugins
3. select plugin: carddav
4. address book: 1) personal contacts (local) 2) automatically collected (local)

The plugin is known to work. Please check Roundcube's errors log (make sure the 
log folder is writeable). Also I recommend to enable 'carddav_debug' in plugin 
configuration to archieve extended logging. Please use our board 
(https://forum.myroundcube.com) in future for such kind of issues. This is a 
bug tracker and not a support forum.
