[calendar] - Enter one-line summary

I.  Issue Description:  I cant save Calendar settings when i click save botton 
nothing happend i see this massage in Chrome console --POST 
http://www.mydomain.com/?_task=mail&_framed=1&_action=plugin.plugin_manager_save
_config 403 (Forbidden)

 I forget to say its clean install and Roundcube and Plugin manager. I odwnload patch file and put them in roundcube folder.Calendar plug in always stay like:/plugins/calendar/config.inc.php.dis  becouse i cant save.
In databesa i can see that it makes tables like: "events" etc..

Also there is more errors i can see in chrome console:
