[tabbed] - Log out issue #784

I.  Issue Description:
Logout page is blank when using the tabbed plugin. After removal the issue is 
fixed.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Install clean roundcube
2. Install plugin manager
3. Installed tabbed plugin (and many others)
4. login, logout with any account.. page is blank
5. remove tabbed plugin via ftp, problem fixed

Hello,

I cannot duplicate the issue in the given info.

I have rebuild roundcube, installed plugin manager and tabbed, same issue.
Delete tabbed via ftp, issue fixed.

I don't understand what is causing the issue.
