[scheduled_sending] - Conflict with identiies_imap or identities_smtp - Scheduled messages seem to get erased when switching between identities

I.  Issue Description:

I use multiple roundcube identities (with the identities_smtp and 
identities_imap plugins).  When I create new scheduled messages with another 
identity and there are messages waiting from another, some scheduled messages 
get erased from the database.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:

1. Compose a message and set for scheduled send. Message is in the 
scheduled_sending table.
2. Compose another message and set for scheduled sending.  Two messages are now 
in the scheduled_send table.
3. Change to another identity in Roundcube
4. Compose a message and set for scheduled sending.  The previous two messages 
are NO LONGER in the scheduled_send table -- the third one is. 
5. All of the messages do appear in the proper Drafts folders in both 
identities.
