[carddav] CardDAV plugin - Adding contacts fails #832

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Add a few contacts (first name + last name is sufficient) to a CardDAV address 
book. After max. 3 contacts roundcube freezes. The 'contact edit' panel becomes 
grey. The plugin does not connect to the DAV-Server at all (at least the DAV 
server does not report a connection attempt). Forcing synchronization with the 
address book succeeds - only adding/editing fails.

Works for me. Check javacript console or whatever. A hanging GUI is either a 
javascript (failing AJAX call). Re-open ticket if you have reliable information 
to duplicate the issue.
