Linearity correction #16

Prusa implemented linearity correction to their tmc2130 drivers. While it has some effect - but is no silver bullet - to my knowledge that concept has not been implemented in Marlin. But I think i saw a pull request to main Marlin with several different correction waves? Maybe we could borrow there.
