iSPY never stops calibrating

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up new installation
2. Add new camera
3. The problem is here - under the video feed it says "Calibrating (15)"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Output is as expected.. The problem is, that recording doesn't work. Nothing 
actually works! It just says "Calibrating" the whole time. Even there is no 
movement on the camera..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iSPY v4.6.3.0, Windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using INTELLINET NFD130-IR, default settings, new installation of OS, new 
installation of iSPY.

And another thing.. Previous version worked with no such problems on the same 
PC. I just did a fresh install and new install of iSPY.

I think this is a problem with the installer can you try this one:

failing that, can you check the log file for errors?
