[Item] Certain quest items drop without quests #68

There are several quest items that appear to drop from their respective mobs while not on the quests associated with them. The one's I've noted are:

Bloodvenom Essence ( https://classicdb.ch/?item=20614 ) and Dinosaur Bone ( https://classicdb.ch/?item=11114 ) in the former I play a warrior so I can't even get the quest and in the later it just happens.
