tshock.co can't find an upload resource button #1473

I signed up to tshock.co so I could upload a plugin but I can't find the option to upload. If this has to do with the email conformation, I never got the email (even hours later).

We also regret to inform you that we don't manage the email system. If your email is blacklisted due to spam, we probably can't deliver to it. Try signing up for a free gmail account and trying again.
