I'm pretty sure TShock uses .NET Framework 4.5.2 (Or might be required even). Though I am pretty sure that isn't the cause. I cannot see the database entries clearly so would you be so kind and provide me with another image?

Additionally this might be cause by writing/reading issues. Please make sure either MySQL or SQLite have proper reading/writing permissions.

I'm sure that everything is in order with the database, since the server group correctly reads the rights for the groups correctly I'll try to update .NET Framework 4.5.2

WoW and really update helped this completely solved the problem This should be added to the minimum requirements .NET Framework 4.5.2
