TShock 4.4.0 Pre-release 7 "crashed to commandline" without log #1876

crashed to command line on startup data was from 1.4.0.3 (TShock 4.4.0 Pre-release 6)

What plugins and what versions of those plugins are you running?

no plugin (besides: TShockAPI.dll)

seems like some memory allocation issue. I turn off some memory heavy program. It actually started.
