4 years ago I don't know if this will fix it but it won't hurt to try increasing the "TileKillThreshold" in the config.json.

That will not fix it, I see in the debug message it says rejected bucket check 2 which leads me to believe bouncer is not properly updated to support the new liquid spreading rockets.
Bouncer.cs (line 1180) the checks only include buckets and none of the projectiles it seems...

I forgot to take a screenshot but it was basically just me being frozen and many lines of "You do not of permission to do this action".
Any log messages from files that end in
.logor.txt? What are the last 100 log messages from the server console?What plugins and what versions of those plugins are you running?
None (I think)
