Items deleted when user builds on protected region #378

The server should issue the /give command for the item that was deleted if it was placed in a protected region (to give the item back to the player) so that the item is not lost.

Make a plugin to do this.

I think that this should be part of TShock... since it is effectivly deleting the persons items...
