On server reset, all regions disapear #852

After the server's reset all regions disappear, if you use " /region list" to see the region list it returns "No region defined", yet if y try to define a region with the same name of one off the missing ones, it returns "region already defined". No idea way is this happening.

We use Terraria 1.2.4.1 and do not use any other mod, plugin or other weir stuffs, only the ServerSideCharacther who comes with tshock
