At this point, reboot has essentially reached feature parity with general-devel and in fact currently exceeds it (pretty greatly) with the networking code in-place. There are a few regressions in terms of features offered by some services, but everything is easy enough to re-implement. All of the heavy lifting is done now.

As such I think it should now be the definitive development branch.
