User Story

As a user, I want to be able to suggest changes and comment on parts of the text just like on Google Docs so that we can collaborate better.

Dependencies

Evalutate integrating this feature into an existing WYSIWYG editor
Integrate MDX into a WYSIWYG editor or extend it's existing parser by ignoring comments
Parsing comments out of MDX and pa

Acceptance Criteria

I can do add a comment to a part of the text
I can suggest changes to the text
I can accept or reject suggested changes

Confirmed that this doesn't have to be GUI enabled, just adding button that would create comment block would be enough
