User Story

As an administrator, I want to be able to see and control who has access and what level of access to which documentation.
I should be able to set permissions on per-documentation basis.

Acceptance Criteria

I want to be able to add user to a documentation
I can set user role for a user in a documentation
I can remove user from a documentation
