[FEATURE] Sending invites #45

A feature that could be helpful would be to send invites to users that have not yet registered an account. I suspect that this is not really a high priority right now, but should be useful in real world setting.

Gitlab doesn't provide emails unless registered, so this feature is currently not possible.
