Add handling   in annotation location. #258

It might WP plugin issue caused by incorrect or incomplete transformation of HTML entities to UTF8.

Are there any other entities in the text or nbsp is the only case?

Actually it was caused by   used on purpose as a non-breaking space in the article.  is copy pasted as a space, which is why there was a difference between what Demagog editors copy-pasted from the rendered article and what could be found in DOM (that is -- a lot of   instead of spaces).

And this is the only such case we've come across so far.
