Black screen in some homebrews when force exiting

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. load hbl r97 dev
2. start loading homebrews, and in each one, force exit
3. You'll eventually (some times not) find one that loads with a black screen 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In homebrews that don't crash while loading, it's expected to see something. 
Instead, a black screen appears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

rev 97 dev. OFW 6.10

Please provide any additional information below.

Sometimes when I load several homebrews and then force exit them, the next one 
doesn't load just shows a black screen, but I can force exit or exit to XMB, if 
it allows. When force exiting, the next homebrew I load starts with the same 
black screen. I don't know when this appears, but i think it's rare. I tested 
this with pspdev samples, more specifically, gu samples

I can confirm this, it happens when i force exit Kitten Cannon.
