[R100][Everybody's golf (EU)] Firmware incorrectly detected #323

Several users reported that HBL goes back to XMB every time on the EU golf 
exploit for R100.

DBGLOG seems to show that their firmware is not correctly recognized.

A temporary solution for users is the following:
1) rename the folder hbl/libs_6xx to hbl/libs
AND
2) rename the file hbl/config/imports.config_6xx into hbl/config/imports.config
AND
3) try again

On our side, we need to investigate and fix.
