[Golf Exploit] Snes9xTyl freezes at startup (white screen)

I'm opening this issue because Snes9xTyl is advertised as being compatible with 
HBL on my blog, and therefore I get lots of feedback on this specific emulator.

Currently (rev 101), this emulator freezes at startup, on a white screen. I am 
assuming for now that this is an issue with an audio module/codec that cannot 
be loaded, but I'm not sure.

If the solution cannot be made in HBL with the golf exploit, a link to an 
alternate snes emulator that works would be welcome

Snes9xTyle works on the patapon exploit, so this is an issue specific to the 
Golf exploit.

I have some SNES emulators in my emulation thread linked above. Try "UO Snes9x 
0.02y33 Build 0034 Ruka" from the OP. I don't have any of the golf games 
otherwise I would have tested myself, sorry.

Also, make sure to test "Snes9x 0.4.2 Standard" more than once if you haven't 
already. It occassionally gets stuck on the white screen, even on the Patapon 
exploit. Just yesterday it crashed on me halfway through the intro.

Specs: 3000, 6.20, Patapon Exploit R101
