Multiple reports of offline obtanium gain not scaling correctly #33

Describe the bug I can't seem to reproduce this myself, however, there are multiple reports on Kong that this isn't working as expected - it could be working off of current obt/sec and not best obt/sec.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go offline
  2. Come back after an hour

Logs: N/A

Expected behavior Offline obt gain should scale off of best obt/s and not current obt/s

Device:

Additional Information: This is more noticable by early game players
