Was looking for the migration guide for a second until I realized I saw this diff https://github.com/Psifi-Solutions/csrf-csrf/commit/458b3e581be6703006b7345a8809962084bd459e. Feel free to merge or close.

Doh, definitely did not see that. You should consider adding a link to a release version or something. I'm sure I'm not the only person who was looking around for upgrade docs and didn't realize where they were.
