Updated Russian translation made by Kamas50 special for RTF translation community. For all versions 1.18.x, 1.19.x, 1.20.x.

Also, I think you need to add translation strings for Key Binds and Key Binds group.

I'm sorry for the additional effort and very thankful for your contribution, but the way I've set up the repository now, I would need the PR to target the 1.18.x branch in order to ported to all supported versions. Since I still want you to show up as a contributor, I don't want to simply copy the text and commit it myself but would need another PR from you targeting that branch
