[Plug-Extension] Import Wallet Option - Uploading Invalid files

This is happening in the current prod version on Windows users
Plug Version - 0.6.1.1

/Issue When importing Wallet - If user changes the files types to .All Files and select an invalid file (other than .PEM) example. PNG wallet is "semi-closed" unable to see the plug wallet

Step to Reproduce

• Open Plug Wallet
• Click on the Profile Emoji to open side drawer
• Click on the Import Wallet button
• on Import PEM File click on browse 'file Explorer Modal is open]
• FIle Explroer modal is open
• Change File type to .All files Notice: How Plug extension is "closed"

Expected Behavior Should show in the Plug Extension modal an error message to the user something like "Invalid file type. please select a valid file" (suggestion)

Verified on latest Chrome Build version 0.6.1.2
