Something weird is happening when a user navigates to the new experience section. I need to re-evaluate all the CSS to make things not so frigging awful.

It seems I cannot increase the gap between the text and the underline if I use text-decoration: underline. What a fuckass. I can't use border-bottom and increase padding-bottom because it doesn't make any sense to me. I want a gap between the underlined text and the underline, no between the border of the header element and the padding of it.
