socket原始套接字版的mentohust

使用libpcap的优点:
1.可移植性好
2.使用数据包更直观
缺点:
1.libpcap在嵌入式设备里体积太大了
2.libpcap会在底层对数据包进行转换，每一个数据包都转换，��
�停的抓包当数据包多的时候会很浪费CPU资源

针对缺点可以做一个使用原始套接字版的mentohust

�成功,configure的时候pcap选项貌似不填就可以了
