Everytime i try to start the program im getting this error

Hi. Kindly try this solution: 1) Run CMD as admin 2) Paste in it "reg delete HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\SystemCertificate\Root\ProtectedRoots /f" and press enter 3) Open LawinServer

When i try this it says: ERROR: The specified registry key or value was not found.

Now i cant use Chrome anymore but the program works. Every Website im trying to Access says NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
