Add Resume/ReconnectTimer #19

I added Resume so therefore you can just supply the session ID and resume after a disconnect without creating a new identity.

I also added a reconnect timer so it'll always reconnect and wait 5s. If 100 reconnects are made it'll wait 60s before trying to reconnect.

I do believe this is a viable option for the auto reconnect. The problem with the old autoreconnect was that there was no timer so it spammed it.
