Remove MicrosoftAPIFaceEmotionExtractor #471

Fixes #470

The API services supporting MicrosoftAPIFaceEmotionExtractor have been deprecated and is no longer available, making this extractor defunct.

I've removed any trace of it from the package.

Tests are failing but it's unrelated. Need to fix up tests in a separate PR
