Query: custom U8glib #1

Hi, could you please explain the need / benefit of the custom u8glib in your version? I've tried building Marlin 2.0.9 with the stock display code and it seems to work OK...

Hmmm, the stock driver makes the display not displaying correctly as far as I remember, this is why Velleman had modded it and using stock u8glib wan't working

My version was built with PlatformIO and 2.0.8 source, without the patched u8glib - I have found no issues.

I have analyzed the set up more closely - the two key things that seem to ensure that the firmware works with the stock u8glib are:

Picking AZSMZ_12864 as the display controller
Removing the LCD_CONTRAST_MIN/MAX/INIT lines from pins_K8800.h, otherwise the display appears blank except possibly at max contrast. I have posted a bug report to get the LCD lines removed.
