Fix OpenGraph image:url not working for light_mode "sub" template (light_mode enabled in settings section of root settings.yaml),
- Fix build error when global url in root settings.yaml (in global section, not in settings section) was not set but OpenGraph (og) was enabled,
- Fix docs to specify global url should be specifiyed in root settings.yaml when OpenGraph (og) is enabled,
