Fatal failure when Bass_encode_stop #2

For some reason, unknown yet, there seem to be a segfault or something ot the same gravity happening when using bass_encode_stop after successfully encoding and casting.

It doesn't happen in the encoder example, only on an outside project, so, it seems that it's not an issue with the wrapper, surprisingly
